Sights to See

One of the main draws to this camping destination is the incredible “Goblin Valley Dark Sky” phenomenon.  Because of how remote this state park is from cities and other sources of man-made light, Goblin Valley Start Park has one of the darkest skies on earth.  The incredibly dark nights make for unbelievable star-gazing opportunities.  Check out the Dark Sky Forecast on the state park’s website to find a perfect night for viewing.

You can even take family photos in this strange landscape, and it may look like you’ve traveled to another planet. Additionally, there are plenty of museums, hiking, boating opportunities, and so much more just a short drive away from the park.
