This was not our first trailer purchase. Over the years we have been to many different trailer dealerships in the valley and never had such a positive experience. Our salesman really went above and beyond to ensure it was the trailer that would fit for our family and our wants. Even when they did not have the model we were looking for on their main lot he took the time to go over to the overflow lot and help us find the one we loved there. To add on to that since it was in the overflow lot and they are tightly packed he had another guy pull the trailer out so we could get the full look instead of shimming down the side to the door which most all other dealers have had us do. Parris RV really went a step up from all other dealers. Their staff was very inviting and we never felt forced to buy like most every sales place does. The salesman wanted us happy not just looking for a sale. I would recommend this place and their prices are great compared to their competition. - Jeremy
I bought a Riverside Retro travel trailer from this dealer 3 months ago. These guys were and continue to be very helpful. I am a new RV owner and I had some trepidations due to an ugly past rental experience, but the sales and service guys helped me through my anxiety. An RV is a complicated machine with electronics, plumbing, and propane appliances. It definitely helps to be handy and there were a few surprises for me... like how to bypass the water heater. I bought some solar panels and a Zamp cord, then spliced them together so we can be off the grid. My unit did have difficulties with the tank sensors, which Parris fixed quickly and cheerfully under warranty. The "no hidden charges" claim is true -- Parris threw in two good batteries and prep for no charge. We are pulling our "Retro Betty" with a 5.4 liter F150 which works OK, but a diesel would be better for freeway speeds and hills. Overall the experience has been a good one and it has expanded our "camping" season by quite a bit. - John

Finally found the trailer I was looking for. Parris RV made me a great deal. They asked me if I had a trade in. I said yes, but I doubted they would give me what I wanted for it. Well they came close and they made it real easy for me. Then, I have to say when I went to pick up my new trailer, the walk through education was fantastic! We had a great experience working the salesperson Red. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have what we were looking for; however, he had the 2018 Highlander 5th Wheel Toy Hauler coming in soon. He worked with the factory to get pictures and info for us. We had to wait a few weeks but it was worth it. We love our new Toy Hauler. Also, the service dept was very responsive to our fixing a few minor issues from the factory. They were also very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. - Cathryn
